Body Context: I ran `bundle install` from the parent directory (`ruby-app-37s`) instead of the project root (`til_tracker`). Resolution: I changed directory to `til_tracker` before running `bundle install`. Learning: I learned to always run commands like `bundle install` or `rails` from the root directory of the specific Rails project. Checking `pwd` helps.
